Valor Counseling Services is dedicated to providing quality mental health counseling to adolescents and adults struggling with a variety of obstacles including depression, anxiety, OCD, suicidal thoughts, personality disorders, trauma, parenting, LGBTQ, adoption and foster care, and dissociative disorders. Trained in EMDR, I will use this therapy approach when necessary to help heal the root cause of symptoms as well as teach practical skills necessary to respond to symptoms. I use DBT skills to equip clients with healthy ways to respond to stress in your life. I offer a warm approach to help the client feel at ease discussing struggles that may be uncomfortable to address. I believe in equipping clients with practical strategies to help respond to whatever is keeping them from moving forward in life. I offer both telehealth and in person therapy. I can offer telehealth services to anyone in the state of Texas
